The Curves on Newark Road Strike Once Again

On Monday June 30th at 17:44 hours Station 23 was dispatched to the infamous curves on Newark Road for an auto accident with entrapment. The caller reported a person entrapped in his vehicle which had struck a tree. Lieutenant 23 (Carroll) arrived on scene and reported no entrapment but one patient with injuries. Engine 23-1 arrived on scene and checked the vehicle for hazards. Ambulance 23-1 along with Medic 94-2 transported the patient to Christiana Hospital. Crews went available at 18:21 hours.
