Company Places New Hurst Rescue Tools Into Service

On May,14th 2008 the Avondale Fire Company placed their new Hurst Rescue tools in service on Engine 23-1. Past Chief, Mike Decker, showed us new techniques with the Hurst Tools and attachments. The tools were purchased through a F.E.M.A. Grant. The Officers and Members of the Avondale Fire Company would like to thank Past Chief Mike Decker for all of his hard work in acquiring the new extrication equipment!Units: Engine(s) 23-1
