Date:November 26, 2009 At 12:37 the Avondale Fire Company was alerted for an auto accident at Route 41 and Sixth Street in the borough of Avondale. Units arrived on scene to discover a tractor trailer at Fifth Street but it was missing the rear tandem. The rear tandem was at Sixth Street along with one vehicle that had been involved. Units were clear of the scene at 16:32 hours. Units: Engine 23-3, Squad 23, Traffic 23, Ambulance 23-2
