Upon arriving at Route 41 and Limestone road, Eng. 23-3 found a single axle dump truck that overturned in the intersection with the mulch covering the area.  After the mulch was cleared of the roadway, and the truck was placed right side up oil from the motor and hydraulic tank began to leak.  With a storm drain close-by the oil was dammed, diverted and cleared using oil-dry. The truck was towed away with all units clear of the scene at 1509 hours.
